The Studio Bianchini-Scudellari&Pampuri, or BS&P for short, is a partnership of chartered accountants and lawyers, established in 2011 as a development and natural union of the many decades of professional expertise boasted by the partners in the fields of corporate, financial and tax advisory and both civil and commercial legal assistance.
Leveraging on the synergies generated by the complementary and specialised expertise of our professionals, supported by a reliable and efficient administrative team, the Firm offers its services to companies of all sizes, both in Italy and abroad, as well as to freelancers and sole traders.
In order to guarantee comprehensive and multidisciplinary assistance, while ensuring optimum quality, the Firm cooperates closely with a selected network of professionals, such as trusts, accounting and administrative service companies, employment consultants, specialised legal experts and other professionals, which will help the Firm in providing the best possible assistance to its clients.
The Firm has a subsidiary in Prague, BS&P Czech Republic a.s., where provides assistance to clients from Italy and Central Europe.

Profile of the partners

Giorgio Bianchini-Scudellari graduated from Bocconi University in Milan and qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1969. He is an auditor and a court expert in both civil and criminal cases. He has served as a Director for several banks, financial firms and listed companies. He has been an auditor for three state-owned healthcare entities and statutory auditor for a number of enterprises. He boasts considerable experience in M&A and has gained wide knowledge of project financing, budgeting and business planning.
Alessandro Pampuri graduated from Milan Catholic University and qualified as Chartered Accountant in Milan in 2000. He has developed specific expertise in corporate matters, both ordinary and extraordinary, including the drafting of expert assessments and the certification of restructuring plans. He is currently a statutory auditor for companies within major Italian and international groups.
Stefania Bianchini-Scudellari has been a member of the Milan bar association since 2001, and is specialised in civil, commercial, corporate and financial law. She has gained significant experience in the field of extraordinary corporate operations and concentrations of business (M&A, joint ventures, equity transactions, mergers, demergers, transfers of business units). She also provides out-of-court consultancy for contractual matters in general. She has served as a consultant for credit institutions with reference to project finance operations.
In addition, the Firm has other highly qualified associates specialised in tax, accounting and management areas, who serve also as statutory or independent auditors.
