Legal consultancy

Leveraging on its long-standing experience in contractual law, including in English, for international affairs, the Firm ensures the highest standards of assistance in corporate operations.
In close collaboration with expert corporate and tax consultants, the legal team provides assistance and consultancy in a huge range of operations, such as the establishment and structuring of companies and associations, M&A, capital increases and reductions, advice in civil and commercial law with regard to corporate matters. The legal team also boasts in-depth experience in contract law.
The Firm provides assistance in the drafting of corporate documents (articles of association, shareholder agreements, regulations, private agreements) both during start-up and ordinary business activities. BS&P also deals with potential difficulties regarding corporate ownership structures and internal relationships within corporate bodies, both among individual shareholders and corporate functions, with wide-ranging experience in addressing the various types of corporate governance issues.

Tax advisory

The Firm assists its clients with any fiscal issues, including tax disputes at any stage of the legal proceedings.
